Xiaomi launched the Mi 4i smartphone last month for Rs. 12,999. We already reviewed the smartphone, here we have the battery test results of the smartphone The Xiaomi Mi 4i packs a 3120mAh built-in battery, slightly larger than the 3080mAh battery on the Mi 4. It has a 5-inch 1080p screen and is powered by an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 SoC. Here are the test results.
Talk Time
It lasted for 20 hours in our talk time test, better than the Mi 4.
3G Browsing
It lasted for 5 hours in our 3G browsing test, where the Mi 4 is slightly better.
Wi-Fi Browsing
It lasted for 6 hours and 15 minutes in the WiFi browsing test, again slightly less than the Mi 4.
Video Playback
In the video playback test, the Mi 4i lasted for 11 hours and 7 minutes, which is better than the Mi 4.
Overall, the Xiaomi Mi 4i achieved One Charge Rating of 10 hours and 54 minutes, better than the Xiaomi Mi 4’s rating of 9 hours and 47 minutes, mainly due to better ratings in talk time and video playback test. Check out the battery life test procedure, to know more about our tests in detail.
