In December, Samsung started rolling out the Galaxy S5 Lollipop update to the international variant,  the SM-G900F. Samsung had launched the Galaxy S5 in two variants one powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 801 chipset and the other one  by the company’s proprietary octa-core Exynos 5422 SoC.

As we know Lollipop updates will get include features like Material Design, lock screen notifications, better performance, updated native apps, new Flashlight toggle in Quick Settings, the new Screen Pinning feature, better battery statistics and more apart from Samsung’s own customizations to the TouchWiz UI on top of Android. Users will need to go to Settings > General > About phone > Software updates > Check for software updates. You can also check for the update via KIES.
