EE launches Buzzard 2 4G Car Wi-Fi solution

Looking to stay connected on the move? EE today launched their latest in-car 4G Wi-Fi solution and the Buzzard 2 looks to pick up where the Buzzard left off. Available for £79.99 on pay as you go and from just £8 per month on pay monthly contracts, the Buzzard 2 allows you to stay connected whilst travelling in the car and is designed to offer high-speed connectivity when travelling by road.

Available to both business and consumer customers from EE’s various sales channels, the Buzzard 2 is able to be plugged directly into the car dashboard’s 12v connection and doesn’t require a power adaptor so it never runs out of power. The Buzzard 2 also comes with an additional USB soccer that allows further devices to be plugged in and charged during the journey without affecting the 4G performance. Buzzard 2 also comes with an intuitive lighting system that makes it easy to identify when the device is connected.

Christopher Traggio, EE’s Director of PAYG & Connected Products, said:

“High-speed internet connectivity has become second nature for many families – both inside the home and on the move – so it can come as shock on car journeys when the children can’t access their favourite games or TV to entertain themselves.

Buzzard 2 creates a powerful 4G WiFi connection without battery drain – providing a great solution for passengers young and old, so they can check their newsfeeds, stream music, play online games or catch-up on TV in the car.”

EE Buzzard 2 is available to buy now through EE stores, EE telesales and the EE website.
