As per the images it looks like the phone will have a bump in the screen size from 4.5 inch in the original Moto G to 5 inch in the successor. Earlier this month GFX benchmark  also showed similar screen size for the phone with 1280x720p HD display. The photos also show front and rear of the phone along with removable plastic back panel. It also looks like the phone will come with dual sim capabilities as it sports two sim card slots and a micro SD expansion slot. Moto G successor aka Moto G2 will have front facing speakers.
