Sony’s mystery device that appeared earlier this week has gone official in China. It is called Cyber-shot DSC-KW11 and looks like a perfume bottle. It has a 19.2-megapixel swivel camera with f/2.0 wide-angle lens, 1/2.3-inch Exmor RS CMOS sensor and a focal length of 21mm and LED flash on the top. This can rotate 180-degrees. It has Swarovski elements and silky pearl finish.
It has WiFi connectivity and NFC support, so that you share your images with your smartphones or tablets easily via WiFi direct. It supports Smart Remote Control 2 that lets users control the camera remotely using their smartphone or tablet.It has 3.3 Type OLED screen with approximately 1,299k dots.
It has several beauty effects such as Skin Toning, Skin Smoothing, Eye Widening, Face Slimming, and Shine Removal. Other features include, Flick Touch Shutter that lets users set up a self-timer by just tapping and flicking their finger towards the wanted delay timing and number of images on the screen.
The Sony Cyber-shot TM DSC-KW11 comes in White, Pink, Green and Violet colors and would go on sale in Asia Pacific region from October 2014 onwards. In China it is priced at 5199 RMB (US$ 855 / Rs. 51,140 approx.) and is available for pre-order from August 22nd till September 16th.
