Gionee Pioneer P2S that went on sale in India on the official Gionee online Store has been officially launched in India. It has a 4-inch WVGA display, powered by a 1.3 GHz dual-core processor with Mali 400 GPU and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). It has a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3-megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera. It also has a new V-gesture shot that lets you capture selfies easily.
It has dual SIM support and also has 3G connectivity. This doesn’t look like a major upgrade compared to last year’s Pioneer P2.
