Firefox 29 for Android

Mozilla has updated its Firefox browser for all the platforms including Android. The new version 29 update for Android brings a new design with a new home screen that adds quick share buttons for easy sharing. This update also brings Firefox Accounts for Firefox Sync that lets you synchronize all the data including passwords, open tabs, form data, history and bookmarks between PCs, Android phones and tablets.

New features in Firefox 29 for Android

  • New Firefox account for Firefox Sync to synchronize everything between PC and Android devices
  • New quick share buttons for Facebook, Twitter and email to share content easily
  • Customize swipeable History, Top Sites, Bookmarks and Reading List menu of home screen pages and choose default.
  • Hide pages you don’t use regularly or hide everything completely
  • Search suggestions available via Bing search plugin when set as default search engine
