T-Mobile myTouch officially announced


T-Mobile has officially announced their second flagship device, the T-Mobile myTouch. myTouch was in the pipeline from a long time, and now finally the cat is out of the bag. As we all know about the T-Mobile myTouch series, which contains a very good and stylish smartphones by HTC. The myTouch comes with Android 2.2, 3.8-inch WVGA display, a 5 MP camera with 720p video recording and a front-facing camera. The front-facing camera can run over WiFi and 3G, which will allow users to chat with their friends who are on a PC or other capable device. T-Mobile myTouch is T-Mobile’s second HSPA+ device after the T-Mobile G2. The myTouch features a next generation Qualcomm Snapdragon 1GHz MSM8255 processor, which is faster than the one in G2 for sure. No words on the pricing and release date, but we can expect the device to hit shelves during holidays season. The device comes in various colors like white, black, plum, and red. We know that the device will run Android 2.2, but we don’t know that what type of UI we will see on the myTouch. As the G2 is running Vanilla UI, may be the myTouch comes with Sense UI.
