Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ pass through FCC

Samsung already confirmed its Galaxy Unpacked 2017 event on March 29th in New York where it is expected to unveil flagship Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ smartphones. Earlier this week we saw live shots of the Galaxy S8 smartphone in video. Now both the smartphones have been certified by the FCC in the U.S.

This reveals SM-G950U, SM-G950U1 and SM-G950W model numbers for the Galaxy S8 and SM-G955U, SM-G955U1 and SM-G955W model numbers for the Galaxy S8+.

The Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2017 will take place at 11:00 a.m. EDT (9:30 PM IST) in New York on March 29, 2017. According to latest reports both these phones will go on pre-order on April 10th and go on sale globally starting from April 28th.
