
Panasonic has launched Eluga Ray 500 and Eluga Ray 700, two new smartphones in the Eluga Ray series. The Eluga Ray 500 has a 5-inch HD screen and features 13-megapixel primary rear camera along with an 8-megapixel secondary camera, while the Eluga Ray comes with a 5.5-inch 1080p display and a 13-megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash. In a market where differentiation between smartphone models is minimal at best, it is hard for a brand to make a mark. While specifications are increasingly becoming homologous across devices, we’re starting to see some interesting new additions in terms of software features. Panasonic, recently launched the Eluga Ray Max smartphone and while the phone is more than competitive from a hardware point of view, what’s under the hood is a lot more interesting.
