Opera has updated the Android browser to version 18 that brings a completely new UI for tablets specifically designed for tablet. It also has the smartphone features Off-Road mode, that compresses websites images and text on slow connection, Discover that lets you get news from magazines and newspapers, Speed Dial and more.
