Yahoo scoops up mobile analytics and ad service firm Flurry

Yahoo has acquired mobile analytics and advertising firm Flurry with an aim to boost its mobile ad offerings. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed but reports are stating that the deal is somewhere between $200-$300M.

Twitter buys mobile ad-tech startup TapCommerce

Twitter is continuing its shopping spree with another acquisition. The micro blogging firm has acquired ad tech firm TapCommerce to expand its mobile marketing platform. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed by either of the company, however Re/code reports that the deal is worth $100 million.

Opera Software scoops up mobile video ad firm AdColony for $350 million

With an aim to boost its mobile video ad offering, Opera Software has acquired mobile video advertiser AdColony. The deal was closed at $350 million of which $75 million in cash and potential earn-out payments of up to $275 million.
