Cyclone Fengal: DoT activates Intra Circle Roaming in Tamil Nadu
The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) on Tuesday announced the activation of the Intra Circle Roaming (ICR) facility in five districts of Tamil Nadu: Cuddalore, Villupuram, Puducherry, Kallakurichi, and Thiruvannamalai.
