Mivi has officially announced its smartphone debut in India with the MIVI One 5G, marking the homegrown audio brand’s strategic expansion into the mobile handset market.
Manufactured locally in India, the smartphone combines Qualcomm silicon, a high-capacity battery, and a clean Android software profile tailored for budget-conscious consumers.
Performance and Hardware
The Mivi One 5G is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 mobile platform fabricated on a 4nm process. According to the company, the device achieves an AnTuTu benchmark score of approximately 490,000, catering to routine multitasking, media consumption, and casual gaming. It arrives in three configurations: 4GB + 128GB, 6GB + 128GB, and 8GB + 128GB.
Display and Build
On the front, the phone carries a 6.745-inch HD+ In-Cell display supporting a 90Hz refresh rate and 2.5D cover glass with a waterdrop notch.
The chassis measures 9.15mm in thickness and weighs 210g. Its exterior construction utilizes a 2.5D PMMA back alongside a front cover built with polycarbonate and injection-moulded aluminium-titanium alloy. The device also features an IP64 rating for dust and water splash resistance.
Cameras
The dual rear camera system features a 50MP primary sensor with Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF), accompanied by a secondary auxiliary sensor. Front-facing imaging and video calls are handled by an 8MP selfie shooter.
Audio and Calling
Leveraging Mivi’s audio engineering background, the phone debuts Mivi ClearTalk, driven by the proprietary Mivi Neural Voice Engine. The feature employs real-time noise suppression to filter out environmental sounds such as wind, traffic, and public chatter during calls.
Battery and Charging
The handset is equipped with a 6,000mAh battery that supports 18W Power Delivery (PD 2.0) fast charging.
Software Support
The Mivi One 5G runs on Pure Android 16, offering a stock interface free of bloatware. Mivi has committed to providing software updates through Android 18.
