Apple has launched the Unity Connection Braided Solo Loop, a limited-edition Apple Watch band for Black History Month. It is now available for order. Apple is funding initiatives that support creativity and connection in under-resourced communities globally. The current grants include:

- Youth Music, London
- Art Gallery of New South Wales, Sydney
- Enactus México, Mexico City
This band, along with earlier Black Unity models, was created by Apple designers from Black communities and their collaborators. It features the Pan-African flag colors and is made by braiding recycled polyester yarn around thin silicone threads using precise machinery. The result is a soft, textured band that resists sweat and water. The mix of red, green, and black shades provides a layered, vibrant appearance.
