nubia just announced the REDMAGIC 11 Air, the company’s latest sleek phone with a large battery in China, as the successor to last year’s REDMAGIC 10 Air. The phone packs a 6.85-inch 1.5K OLED screen with a refresh rate of up to 144Hz refresh rate, 2592Hz high-frequency PWM dimming and DC dimming, a 95.1% screen-to-body ratio and 1.25mm ultra-narrow bezels, and also a 3D curved glass design.
There is a 16MP under-display camera. The phone is just 7.85mm thick and features a dual-camera design on the back with a 50MP main camera). The back panel incorporates retro feel of vinyl records, the speed and passion of racetracks, and highly artistic geometric elements into the body. This is the company’s first Air series phone to feature an active cooling fan.
Powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite, the phone has Redcore R4 self-developed gaming chip, has up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 storage, and has built-in exclusive self-developed CUBE Sky Engine.
There are gaming triggers with industry’s fastest 520Hz z touch response rate. The chassis features an industry-first aerospace-grade aluminum air-cooling bracket, along with an active coolin Turbo Fan 4.0, capable of sustaining 24,000 RPM. Redesigned fan blades increase airflow by 21%, expand the sweep area by 40%, improve dust resistance by 30%, and reduce operational noise by 50%. It has 4D ultra-thick ice-step VC (cooling vents), and under-screen graphene copper foil. It boasts a dual-track cooling system, combining heat conduction and cooling, with the aerospace-grade aluminum bracket conducting heat and the fan dissipating heat, achieving both efficient cooling and quiet operation.
The phone packs a 7000mAh battery with 120W wired charging and bypass charging), runs on REDMAGIC OS 11.0, has a built-in PC emulator, and features AI search and object recognition functions, supporting functions such as image object search, full-screen translation, and real-world translation. It also includes AI game search and AI tactical coach functions, which can provide users with advice during gameplay.

The REDMAGIC 11 Air comes in Quantum Black, and Stardust White, colours and the Aurora Silver is coming in March.
