Xiaomi just introduced the REDMI K80 Ultra, the top-end phone in the Redmi K80 series, as it had promised. The phone has a 6.83″ 1.5K 144Hz AMOLED display with 3200 nits peak brightness, 2560Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, DC Dimming HDR 10+ and Dolby Vision.
The phone is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ SoC with up to 16GB of RAM, promising 3.24 million AnTuTu score, has 3D Ice Cycle Cold Pump and 6500mm² ultra-large 3D concave-convex platform. The phone has IP68 dustproof and waterproof ratings. There is an independent Discrete Graphics D2 chip for the display and gaming, offering 144FPS ultra-high frame rate gaming.
There is 0916C motor (the first time equipped with a closed-loop driver IC) + 1115 coaxial symmetrical dual speakers (the industry’s only master-level coaxial symmetrical dual speakers), and adopts a four-curved wrapped metal middle frame + flagship fiberglass back panel + metal camera Deco design.
It has a 50MP 1/1.55″ main sensor, OIS, 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 20MP front camera. The phone packs a 7410mAh battery with 10% silicon content, 827Wh/L energy density, support for 100W fast charging.
