Today, vivo launched its new TWS Air3 earbuds alongside the vivo S30 series in China. The vivo TWS Air3 are lightweight semi-in-ear earbuds, each weighing just 3.6 grams, designed for a comfortable fit even during long listening sessions.
These earbuds use a 12mm dynamic driver unit with a 4-layer voice coil, delivering deep bass, extended highs, and a balanced sound. The audio has been fine-tuned by vivo’s Golden Ears acoustic team to offer a full, natural listening experience.
The TWS Air3 also includes spatial audio for an immersive soundstage and DeepX 3.0 stereo effects that enhance bass, treble, and vocal clarity. There are specific sound modes for audiobooks, heavy bass, clear vocals, and bright treble.
For calls, the earbuds feature AI-powered noise reduction combined with an L-shaped anti-wind microphone design, which improves noise filtering by 51%, allowing clear conversations even in noisy environments.
In terms of battery life, the vivo TWS Air3 offers 10 hours on a single charge and up to 45 hours in total with the charging case. A quick 10-minute charge gives 3 hours of playback. The charging case supports USB-C fast charging.
For gamers, the earbuds offer ultra-low 44ms latency, and karaoke fans can enjoy real-time in-ear monitoring with just 33ms latency, matching the performance of wired earphones.
Connectivity uses Bluetooth 6.0 with dual-device support for easy switching between phones, tablets, PCs, and smartwatches. Integrated with BlueOS, the earbuds connect to smartwatches for calls, voice prompts, and WeChat messages.
Additional features include Cute Pet pop-ups, remote camera control, call and message broadcast, voice control, Find Earphones, and touch controls with customizable double-tap and long-press functions. The earbuds have an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance.
