ZTE debuts a new logo

ZTE is welcoming the new year with a new look. The Chinese smartphone maker revealed a redesigned logo that represents a new corporate identity, which falls in line with the company’s focus on innovating in the M-ICT field.

ZTE logo

“ZTE is evolving our operations in line with our broader M-ICT vision, which will help us deliver higher value to customers and drive the growth of our business. Our new M-ICT strategy will open up a total addressable market of USD 3.5 trillion for ZTE, far bigger than the USD 350 billion telecommunications market.”

said  Shi Lirong, President and Chief Executive Officer of ZTE Corporation.

The new strategy also brings a philosophy that ZTE has dubbed “Cool – Green – Open” (CGE) which aims to deliver innovative, sustainable technologies in an open, collaborative manner. ZTE says its wide experience in base stations, cloud computing systems, software, smartphones and wearables gives it a strong platform to provide “innovative next-generation converged solutions in the M-ICT era.”

The revamped logo is still in blue but has become thinner and leaner. In addition to a new logo, ZTE is also adding a new slogan “Tomorrow never waits”.
