Google Nexus 7 32GB WiFi and 3G versions launched in India for Rs. 18999 and Rs. 21999

Google Nexus 7 16GB version went on sale in India from the Google Play Store last month at a price tag of Rs. 15,999, which is already being delivered. Asus has launched the 32GB WiFi and 32GB 3G versions of the tablet in India. Google unveiled the Nexus 7 last June, and the 3G version with 32GB storage was announced at the Google I/O in October last year.

The Nexus 7 has a 7-inch (1280×800 pixels) IPS display and is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 processor with a 12 core GPU. It has a 1.2MP front-facing camera and comes with 1 GB RAM, 16GB / 32GB of internal memory, NFC, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and a 4325 mAh battery. It got the Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) update recently. The 3G version offers data connectivity through a SIM card slot, but you can’t make calls or send an SMS like the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 310.

The Google Nexus 7 32GB WiFi version is priced at Rs. 18,999 and the 32GB 3G version costs Rs. 21,999. The 16GB and 32GB WiFi versions are available in Croma right now.  The 3G version will be available in Reliance Digital and e-burn from April 8th.
