Update: To celebrate TECNO becoming the first smartphone brand to meet Jio’s 5G Standards – Best Mobile for Signal, TECNO has announced that starting 1st December, first 10,000 Spark Go 5G buyers will receive a complimentary 1-month Jio Truly Unlimited 5G prepaid plan valued at ₹349.
Earlier: TECNO today announced that it has successfully completed the network enhancement requirements outlined by Jio, India’s leading telecom operator. This milestone reinforces TECNO’s 3B philosophy—Best Design, Best AI, Best Signal—and its commitment to delivering reliable connectivity across urban and rural areas.
In line with Jio’s 5G strategy, TECNO has implemented most of the Jio True 5G features to optimize performance on Jio’s 5G Standalone (SA) network, supporting faster data speeds, stable connections, and seamless operation even in high-demand environments.
TECNO Signal Core features
TECNO smartphones now include “TECNO Signal Core”, engineered to enhance connectivity across busy and low-signal areas. Key technical implementations include:
- Full 5G SA compatibility for reduced latency and higher speed
- NRCA (New Radio Carrier Aggregation) supporting critical bands such as n28 for improved coverage and throughput
- VoNR (Voice over New Radio) for HD voice calls over 5G
- Dynamic Slot Aggregation for improved network efficiency
- Support for multiple network bands to maintain stable performance across regions
