Alongside the entry-level Watch SE 3, Apple also introduced its top-of-the-line model, the Watch Series 11. Apple has brought two standout health features to the newer model — Hypertension Notifications and Sleep Score — alongside improved battery life of up to 24 hours, a more durable glass cover, and more.
Apple Watch Series 11 is the ultimate health and fitness companion, empowering users with notifications for signs of chronic high blood pressure — also known as hypertension — plus new insights into sleep quality with sleep score, adding to the robust suite of health features included in the device, says the company.

Hypertension notifications on Apple Watch use data from the optical heart sensor to analyze how a user’s blood vessels respond to the beats of the heart. The algorithm works passively in the background, reviewing data over 30-day periods, and will notify users if it detects consistent signs of hypertension.
Sleep score, on the other hand, is an overall score offered by Apple Watch considering several factors, such as duration, bedtime consistency, how often a person wakes up, and how much time is spent in each sleep stage.

The Watch Series 11 continues to have aluminium and titanium models, like its predecessor, with aluminium models having Ion-X (ion-exchanged strengthened) glass with a new Apple-designed ceramic coating. Further, Apple is also said to have upgraded cellular hardware with a 5G modem and a redesigned cellular antenna system for faster speeds and better reception.
Other specifications and health-tracking features remain similar to previous models, but with the latest watchOS 26. It introduces a new “Liquid Glass” design, new watch faces (Flow and Exactograph), and apps like Notes.
