Samsung recently confirmed its next Galaxy Unpacked event in Brooklyn, New York, on July 9th, as expected. At the event, Samsung will announce the company’s latest foldables, the Galaxy Z Flip7 and Fold7, alongside the next-gen Galaxy Watch 8 lineup. The new smartwatch lineup includes the Galaxy Watch 8, Watch 8 Classic, and Watch Ultra (2025).
Last month, all three models surfaced online, featuring a new squircle design first introduced with last year’s Galaxy Watch Ultra. Now, detailed specifications and European pricing have emerged ahead of the official launch.
Samsung Galaxy Watch8 and Watch8 Classic
Both models look similar, yet the company will differentiate in terms of materials used and, as usual, with an iconic rotating dial on the classic model. Both models will have Bluetooth / Bluetooth + 4G variants and Classic model will come only in 46mm dial size while Watch8 should offer 40 mm and 44 mm sizes.

The Galaxy Watch Ultra (2025) sticks closely to the previous model’s design, with only minor visual tweaks. The standout update is a new blue bezel and matching blue Marine strap, a fresh alternative to last year’s orange and dark gray options. Technical specifications are also similar to last year’s model.
