Xiaomi has announced the Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro 12.5, the company’s latest tablet, at an event in China along with the Redmi K80 Ultra. This is the successor to the Pad 7 Pro that replaces the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 with the company’s own Xiaomi XRING 01 SoC.
The Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro features a 12.5-inch 3.2K LCD screen, come in Nano Soft Light Edition option featuring AG nano texture technology + AR optical coating that reduces 99% of interference light, reduces reflectivity by 65%, and provides better eye protection.
The tablet is powered by a 10-core XRING 01 3nm SoC with 6-core NPU and 16-core GPU, up to 16GB RAM, and up to 1TB storage. It has 50MP rear and 32MP front cameras, six speakers, Dolby Atmos, and packs a 10610mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.
It runs Xiaomi HyperOS 2, supports PC-level multitasking, PC-level WPS and CAJViewer, supports opening Apple office suites such as Keynote and Pages, and has a global AI smart assistant. Xiaomi also offers additional accessories such as the Floating Keyboard with support 0°-124° stepless adjustment, and the Xiaomi Pen with 8192 levels of pressure sensitivity.
