Google usually reveals the design of the company’s upcoming Pixel devices a few months before the launch. The Pixel 9 series details were revealed in July ahead of launch in August.
Now the company has sent emails for a pre-release Pixel event scheduled for June 27th as a part of Google Pixel Superfans program that it started earlier this year.
As a part of this, 25 lucky Superfans will be selected to attend the event 1 hour and 30 minutes event in London, where they will get to experience the pre-release Pixel devices, and also ask questions to Googlers, says the invite. The last date to apply for the change to win an entry is June 4th, and the winners will be announced on June 11th, says the email.
After the event, Google could reveal details about the design and some of the features of the Pixel 10 series phones, and it could be shared with everyone as a part of a teaser of its sites as usual.
If this is not a launch event and just a preview, the Pixel 10 series is expected to arrive in late July or early August, since Android 16 stable update will arrive as early as June.
