Meta-owned WhatsApp has introduced new ways to customize your WhatsApp Status. This update lets users share daily moments and special events using more creative tools.
WhatsApp Status serves as a personal space where users can keep close contacts updated, the company said. With the new update, users can now add more personality to their posts.
The new WhatsApp Status features include:
- Layout: Combine up to six photos into a single collage and arrange them using editing tools.
- More with Music: Create a Status centered on a song or use a music sticker to reflect the mood.
- Photo Stickers: Turn any photo into a sticker, adjust its size, and place it on your Status.
- Add Yours: Share a photo with the ‘Add Yours’ sticker to invite friends to join the conversation; their replies can also be shared as their own Status updates.
Availability
WhatsApp shared that these new tools will begin rolling out shortly, with the goal of reaching every user in the months to follow.
