boAt integrates with TWID to let customers pay with rewards

boAt has announced an integration with TWID, a rewards-based payment network. This collaboration introduces a “Pay with Rewards” feature on the official boAt website, allowing customers to use their accumulated loyalty points from various programs towards purchases.

The integration aims to provide a new payment option for boAt customers. By embedding TWID’s technology into the checkout process, customers can now redeem their reward points without leaving the boAt platform.

According to the announcement, this feature is intended to make shopping “more rewarding” and “more inclusive” by enabling customers to utilize their existing loyalty points for purchasing boAt products, including smartwatches, portable speakers, earbuds, and wireless chargers.

The implementation of this feature is described as supporting boAt’s focus on technology-enabled customer experiences and aligning with TWID’s stated goal of facilitating the use of reward points as a form of currency. The “Pay with Rewards” feature is currently live on boAt’s digital storefront.

Regarding this, Gaurav Nayyar, COO, boAt, said:

At boAt, we always strive to enhance the customer journey. Our integration with TWID and the launch of ‘Pay with Rewards’ is a step towards smarter shopping. It’s about offering choice, convenience, and added value every time you buy.

Commenting on the partnership, Rishi Batra Co-founder & COO, TWID said:
