Kingston FURY and SanDisk have introduced their latest PCIe 5.0 NVMe M.2 SSDs in India, designed for gamers, professionals, and high-performance PC users. While Kingston introduced the FURY Renegade G5, Sandisk rolled out what it calls the world’s fastest PCIe Gen 5.0 SSD — the WD_BLACK SN8100.

The Kingston FURY Renegade G5 is engineered for high-performance gaming, content creation, and data-heavy tasks. It boasts read speeds up to 14,800MB/s, write speeds up to 14,000MB/s, and over 2 million IOPS. Built with PCIe Gen 5.0 x4 controller and 3D TLC NAND technology, the SSD aims to reduce load times and enhance overall system performance.
Featuring the Silicon Motion SM2508 controller based on 6nm lithography, the Renegade G5 offers improved heat management, energy efficiency, and consistent power delivery. Its M.2 2280 form factor is compatible with most systems, including Gen 3 and Gen 4. The drive is available in 1TB, 2TB, and 4TB capacities, supported by a five-year warranty and free technical assistance.

The SanDisk WD_BLACK SN8100 NVMe SSD is designed for gamers and professionals handling 4K/8K content, AI applications, and demanding workflows. It delivers read speeds up to 14,900MB/s, write speeds of 14,000MB/s, and random performance over 2.3 million IOPS (for the 2TB and 4TB variants).
It offers twice the read speed and over 100% better power efficiency compared to Gen 4.0 SSDs, with average power consumption under 7W. Built with BiCS8 TLC 3D NAND, it provides up to 2,400TBW endurance on the 4TB model.
