ASUS has introduced two new desktop models in India—the V500 Mini Tower and the S501 Small Form Factor—targeted at home, office, and everyday computing needs.
ASUS V500 Mini Tower
Built with military-grade durability and tested to endure tough conditions, the V500 Mini Tower is designed to handle daily wear and shipping stresses. With a compact 8.6-liter chassis and a tool-free design, users can easily perform upgrades and maintenance.
Key upgrade options include support for up to 64GB of RAM and 2TB of M.2 SSD storage. The device comes pre-installed with 8GB DDR5 RAM, expandable via dual RAM slots. For storage, it includes a 512GB NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD, and has two M.2 NVMe slots for additional storage expansion.
It runs on up to an Intel Core i7-13620H processor, capable of handling multitasking and general workloads with ease. The system uses solid capacitors for durability and a 180W 80 PLUS Bronze-certified power supply, which offers up to 85% energy efficiency, supporting eco-conscious computing.
Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, multiple I/O ports, and a USB Type-C port on the front. It ships with Windows 11 Home, with an optional upgrade to Windows 11 Pro for business users.

ASUS S501 Small Form Factor
The S501 Small Form Factor desktop is powered by up to an Intel Core i5-14500 processor featuring 14 cores and 20 threads, offering efficient performance for multitasking and day-to-day tasks. It comes with 8GB DDR5 RAM, expandable up to 64GB, and includes Intel UHD Graphics 770 for basic visual performance.
The system is fitted with a 512GB NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD, and storage can be expanded up to 2TB using two M.2 SSD slots. It supports Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, and provides various I/O ports including USB 3.2 Type-A, HDMI, VGA, and 7.1 channel audio output.
Like the V500, it also uses a 180W 80 PLUS Bronze power supply, ensuring energy-efficient operation. It comes pre-loaded with Windows 11 Home, and ASUS recommends Windows 11 Pro for users with professional security and management needs.
