Samsung Galaxy M14 5G with 6.5″ display, Exynos 1330 surfaces


Samsung is preparing to launch the Galaxy M14 5G, a new budget Galaxy M series 5G device, as the successor to last year’s Galaxy M13 5G. Now the renders of the Galaxy M14 5G hassurfaced online.

The renders show a design language similar to the Galaxy A14 5G, which was released a few weeks ago. The renders show the Galaxy M14 5G in three different colors: blue, dark blue, and silver. The device has an Infinity-V notch display on the front, surrounded by thick bezels around the edges.

The phone has a triple camera setup on the back, an LED flash, and the Samsung logo at the bottom. The volume rockers and power button are located on the smartphone’s right-side panel. The power button includes an integrated fingerprint scanner.

When it comes to the technical specs of the Galaxy M14 5G, it will be powered by the Exynos 1330 5G chipset. The Galaxy M14 5G with model number SM-M146B was listed on Geekbench with two 2.4GHz cores and six 2.0GHz cores, as well as the Mali-G68 GPU.

The Galaxy M14 5G will have a 6.5-inch HD+ IPS LCD screen, a triple camera setup with a 48MP primary shooter and an 8MP front camera, and will be powered by the latest OneUI 5.0, which is based on Android 13. The phone is also expected to include a large, 6000mAh battery and a 15W charger in the box.

The Galaxy M14 5G is expected to be released at the end of March 2023. We should get more information about the device and its launch in the coming weeks.
