OPPO Reno8 T to be announced on February 8


OPPO has confirmed the launch of Reno8 T, the company’s next mid-range Reno8 series phone in the Philippines on February 8th. The teaser image confirms that that phone will come in both leather back and standard version. The phone has triple rear cameras and has a text “AI portrait camera”.

The company has also confirmed 100MP rear camera, fiberglass-leather design, 5000mAh battery, Octa-Core processor, 8GB of RAM with RAM expansion and 128GB storage.

Based on rumours, the 4G phone will be powered by Helio G99 SoC, 6.43″ FHD+ 90Hz AMOLED screen, 32MP front camera and 33W fast charging. It is also said to come in 256GB version.

OPPO Reno8T 5G

In Indonesia, the company has also confirmed the launch of a 5G version, which has a similar rear design, but this mentions a 40x microscope camera, in addition to 100MP main camera. The company has confirmed 8GB of RAM with RAM expansion and up to 256GB storage for the phone.

Lazada listing also shows a curved screen, and based on earlier rumours, the phone will sport a 6.67-inch OLED 10-bit display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and will be backed by a Snapdragon 695 5G chipset, and a 67W SuperVOOC fast charging.

The company is yet to confirm the launch date for the Reno8 T 5G in Indonesia, but it is expected to happen in early February. The company has also started teasing the launch of the phone in India with #AStepAbove, and also confirmed that it will launch on February 3rd.
