Lenovo Tab Extreme with 14.5″ 3K OLED screen, Yoga Book 9i series and more announced


Following the renders that surfaced last week, at CES 2023, Lenovo unveiled a multifaceted Yoga Book 9i dual-screen device, a stunning Yoga desktop, category-defining tablets, and an innovative motion-capture device concept. Let’s check out the newly launched products below:

Yoga Book 9i

The Lenovo Yoga Book 9i is built on the Intel Evo platform and powered by up to the latest generation of Intel Core processor. The Yoga Book 9i features two 13.3-inch 2.8K OLED PureSight displays with 100% DCI-P3 colour accuracy and Dolby Vision HDR.

The Yoga Book 9i’s dual screen technology empowers consumers for hyper-productivity. The sleek and compact convertible form factor allows users to seamlessly switch between laptop, tablet, and tent mode depending on their needs. The Yoga Book 9i also includes a folio stand, allowing users to work on the go with a detachable Bluetooth keyboard and, of course, a Lenovo-designed Smart Pen stylus support.

Customers can enjoy an exceptional entertainment experience with Dolby Atmos® spatial audio and a 360-degree rotating sound bar featuring Bowers & Wilkins® speakers. It also comes in eco-friendly packaging, with the cushion materials, gift box, and outer box all made of 100% recycled paper.

Yoga AIO 9i (32”, 8) Desktop

The Yoga all-in-one desktop computer has a 31.5-inch, 3-sided borderless, 4K 100% sRGB display that sits on a slim panel with a metallic hinge that tilts to the desired angle. It also has an air-ventilated base, seven rear ports for better cable management, and a built-in wireless smartphone charger.

It is powered by the latest 13th Gen Intel Core i9 processors that can be paired with up to an NVIDIA GeForce Next Gen Desktop GPUs. Further, it also offers four Harman Kardon speakers, Dolby Atmos spatial audio, and an integrated 5MP infrared (IR) webcam with a built-in electric shutter and smart login capabilities.

This desktop computer offers multi-device management, allowing customers to connect and charge their laptop and AIO with a full-function USB Type-C cable, and control both with a single keyboard and mouse. It also supports different voice assistants.

Lenovo Tab Extreme

Lenovo Tab Extreme sports a 14.5-inch 3K OLED display with DCI-P3 color gamut and up to 120Hz refresh rate with a 1M:1 contrast ratio, and, of course, the display is TÜV Rheinland-certified. It comes with a set of eight high-performance JBL 4-channel speakers and supports spatial audio and Dolby Atmos.

The tablet is powered by MediaTek® Dimensity 9000 Octa-core processor and has an all-day battery life of up to 12 hours. It is made for hybrid lifestyles, according to the company, as it comes with the support for a backlit keyboard and a Lenovo Precision Pen 3 for productivity.

Lenovo Tab Extreme comes pre-installed with Android 13, and also offers seamless collaboration with Windows PCs with Lenovo Freestyle app. Additionally, Lenovo Tab Extreme is made of 100% recycled aluminum, including the package.

New Lenovo Yoga Slim 6i and Refreshed Yoga 9i (14”, 8), Yoga Slim 7i Carbon (13”, 8), and Yoga 6 (13”, 8) Laptops

The new Yoga Slim 6i (14″, 8), distributed in the US as the Lenovo Slim 7 (14″, 8), sports a 14-inch OLED display with Dolby Vision and is powered by the latest 13th Gen Intel Core processors. The Yoga Slim 6i also optimizes video conferencing by including noise cancellation and background blur functions, among other things.

Lenovo also unveiled updates for its Yoga 9i (14″, 8) and Yoga Slim 7i Carbon (13″, 8), both of which include mobile processors from Intel’s 13th generation to boost adaptability and productivity. Additionally, the latest Yoga 6 (13″) 8 laptop has been updated with the newest AMD Ryzen 7000 series processors and a better battery to support extended remote work sessions.

In addition to these premium laptops, the firm offers a range of device health, support, and protection services, such as Lenovo Smart Lock, Premium Care Plus, Accidental Damage Protection, an extended battery warranty and more.

Pricing and availability
  • The Yoga Book 9i (13”, 8) will start at $2,099 (Rs. 1,73,270 approx.) and will be available starting June 2023.
  • The Yoga AIO 9i (32”, 8) will start at $1,799 (Rs. 1,48,505 approx.) and will be available starting in Q3 2023.
  • The Lenovo Tab Extreme will start at $1199 (Rs. 98,975 approx.) and will be available late 2023.
  • The Yoga Slim 6i (14”, 8), known as Lenovo Slim 7 (14”, 8) in the U.S., will start at $729 (Rs. 60,180 approx.) and will be available starting April 2023.
  • The refreshed Yoga 9i (14”, 8) will start at $1,499 (Rs. 1,23,740 approx.) and will be available starting April 2023.
  • The refreshed Yoga 6 (13”, 8) will start at $729 (Rs. 60,180 approx.) and will be available starting April 2023.
