ASUS ROG Phone 6 Diablo Immortal Edition announced

ASUS introduced the ROG Phone 6, the company’s latest gaming smartphone, back in July. Now it has introduced a new Diablo Immortal Edition of the phone in several markets. This has similar specifications as the original ROG Phone 6, but this comes in a new Hellfire Red colour.

It comes in an exclusive carton design that is inspired by the famous Horadric Cube, a valuable item that can transform anything placed inside. The phone itself is stored safely in a box modelled on the legendary Worldstone.

The ROG Phone 6 Diablo Immortal Edition features the Shield Blessing Aero Case, and a map of Sanctuary featuring hidden marks in invisible ink that can be revealed using Fahir’s Light. There’s also a uniquely crafted Immortality Ejector Pin fashioned after the game’s logo. Each accessory is an integral part of the Diablo-inspired worldview.

The phone has a Diablo Immortal-inspired lock screen, call and charging animation as well as launcher and icons. There are in-game rewards for the buyers.

Other specifications are similar, including a 6.78-inch Full HD+ AMOLED HDR display with 165Hz refresh rate, 720Hz touch-sampling rate, Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, 50MP rear camera with IMX766 sensor, 13MP 125° ultra-wide camera and a 5MP macro camera.

There is AirTrigger 6 control system, 3.5mm audio jack, Symmetrical dual front-facing speakers with Dirac HD Sound and a 5-magnet stereo speaker with Cirrus Logic amplifier. It features a dual-cell 6,000mAh battery with 65W HyperCharge fast charging.

Pricing and availability

The ASUS ROG Phone 6 Diablo Immortal Edition comes in a single 16GB + 512GB version, priced at $1,299.99 (Rs. 1,06,050 approx.) in the US and €1,329 in Europe and £1,099.99 in the UK. It is available to order from today, November 18th and will roll out starting from mid-December.
