Samsung Galaxy A14 with 6.8″ FHD+ display, triple rear cameras surface

Press renders of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A14 smartphone have surfaced, thanks to trusted leaker, Steve Hemmerstoffer (@OnLeaks). The renders reveal a similar design to its predecessor, the Galaxy A13.

The Galaxy A14 will measure 146.3 x 70.8 x 7.6 mm and come with a plain gradient design at the back. At the back there’s also a triple camera setup with an LED flash.

When it comes to display, the Galaxy A14 is said to have a large 6.8-inch Full HD+ (2408 x 1080 pixels) LCD screen with a U-shaped notch for a selfie camera. Renders also reveal the placement of a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and volume rockers on the right side. The bottom part has a speaker grille, a type-C port, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.

Other key specifications like the processor used, camera resolutions, RAM, and storage are unknown as of now. Also, it’s unclear whether Samsung will release 4G and 5G versions of the same model, as they did with the Galaxy A13. However, leaks from Europe, says that there might only be a 5G version for Europe, and will be Samsung’s cheapest 5G phone in 2023.

With the information so far available, it looks like Samsung’s A14 will be a smaller upgrade over its predecessor. We should know more information about this smartphone in the coming days.
