Vi (Vodafone Idea) today launched the ‘Vi Hero Unlimited Campaign’ with a new special offering, ‘Data Delight.’ Vi patrons can use this to get up to 2GB of extra data per month, in addition to their daily limit, at no additional cost.
The Vi Hero Unlimited packs provide prepaid subscribers with a one-stop solution to data quota exhaustion. Its unique features aim to increase the value of Vi’s Unlimited subscription. Vi Hero Unlimited provides much-needed mobile internet access in today’s digital world. Recently, Vi also launched a Rs. 82 prepaid plan with a SonyLIV subscription.
Other unique features of Vi Hero Unlimited include Unlimited High Speed Data from 12am–6am and Weekend Data Rollover. Also, to speed up its services, Vi has added more recharge packs to its hero unlimited lineup.
Vi has launched a high-decibel ATL campaign titled “Sirf naam ka nahin kaam ka unlimited” to advertise the offering. The Vi campaign, which will feature popular actor Vinay Pathak, will run for 8 weeks and will use multiple media platforms such as TV, digital, and outdoor advertising, as well as large on-ground activation programs, to endorse this special ‘Hero Unlimited’ notion.
Vi Hero Unlimited offers
- Unlimited Data: From 12 am to 6 am, prepaid subscribers can access unrestricted high-speed nighttime data at no additional cost.
- Weekend Data Rollover: This allows the consumer to retain leftover weekday data and then use it for free on the weekend at no extra cost.
- Data Delight: Consumers can get up to 2GB more data per month beyond their daily limit for free. Dial 121249 or use the Vi app to unlock Data Delight.
Pricing and availability
Vi Hero Unlimited data packs start at Rs. 299 or above. Vi has also added new recharge packages to its Vi Hero Unlimited line-up, which cost Rs. 359, Rs. 409, and Rs. 475 and have higher daily data limits.
