Samsung Galaxy A52, Galaxy A52 5G and Galaxy A72 with AMOLED Infinity-O Display, 64MP quad rear cameras, IP67 water-resistant body announced


Samsung just introduced the Galaxy A52, A52 5G and A72 smartphones in a global Galaxy Awesome Unpacked event, as it had promised. The Galaxy A52 comes with a 6.5-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O Display with 90Hz refresh rate while the A52 5G gets a 120Hz refresh rate screen. The Galaxy A72 comes with a slightly larger 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O 90Hz Display. These come with an in-display fingerprint scanner and a 32MP front camera inside the small punch-hole.

All the phones run Android 11 with One UI 3.1 and are water-resistant to a depth of one meter for up to 30 minutes with IP67 certification. All the phone come with a 64-megapixel main camera with support for OIS, 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 5-megapixel macro camera. The A52 series come with a 5-megapixel depth sensor, and it is replaced by an 8-megapixel 3x telephoto camera with 30x space zoom and OIS in the A72. The A52 series pack a 4500mAh battery and the A72 has a slightly bigger 5000mAh battery. Both these support 25W fast charging but come with 15W charger in the box.
