Last month, Reliance Jio and Airtel revamped its broadband plans offering unlimited data, bundled OTT apps, and more. Following that now, ACT Fibernet, a prominent player in the broadband industry has also revised its plans in Chennai, but there’s no unlimited data yet.
ACT Fibernet has increased the FUP limits of all its commercial broadband plans in Chennai. The basic plan i.e., ACT Basic (50 Mbps) now comes with a FUP of 750GB (Download + Upload), ACT Blaze (100 Mbps) now comes with a FUP of 1500GB (Download + Upload), ACT Blast Promo (150 Mbps) now comes with a FUP of 2500GB (Download + Upload), ACT Storm (200 Mbps) now comes with a FUP of 3000GB (Download + Upload), ACT Lightning (250 Mbps) now comes with a FUP of 3000GB (Download + Upload), and the ACT Incredible plan (350Mbps) plan now comes with a FUP of 5000GB (Download + Upload), and lastly, the 1000 Mbps ACT GIGA plan (1000 Mbps) now comes with a FUP of 5000GB (Download + Upload).
The speed hasn’t been revised yet, and unlike Jio Fiber and Airtel XStream Fiber, there is no unlimited data yet. The revised FUP is already reflecting for users and it is not clear if the FUP revision is done for other cities also.
