The phone comes with Z-Shocker Haptics with over 150 vibration modes for different scenarios.

It has single 3.8mm punch-hole screen that houses a 20-megapixel camera. The screen is bright even under sunlight and runs on Android 10 with MIUI 12 out of the box. The phone is powered by Snapdragon 732G 8nm Mobile Platform with up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and has up to 128GB UFS2.1 storage. It also has LiquidCool Technology Plus that uses large copper heat pipe with multiple layers of graphite to reduce the heat by up to an additional 6°C. There is a small earpiece on the top that also acts as a loudspeaker, and houses a tiny notification LED that glows in white. On the bottom there is a small bezel.

Coming to the button placements, the volume rockers and the fingerprint sensor, which also doubles up as the power button is present on the right side. It is quick to unlock the phone. The Hybrid SIM slot is present on the left side. The secondary microphone, IR sensor and a tiny hole for speaker air outlet are present on the top. On the bottom there is a 3.5mm audio jack, USB Type-C port, speaker grill, and primary microphone.

The phone has quad rear cameras that includes a 64MP primary rear camera with LED Flash, f/1.89 aperture Sony IMX682 sensor, 13MP 119° ultra-wide sensor with 1.12μm pixel size, f/2.2 aperture, 2MP depth and 2MP macro sensors with 1.75μm, f/2.4 aperture. It has EIS and 4K 30 fps video recording for all the cameras and 960 fps slo-mo recording. It also has support for RAW capture and new vlog mode. Check out some camera samples.

The phone a unique design with POCO brand running in the middle, but it has a plastic back compared to glass back in the predecessor. The phone has IP53 ratings for water resistance. The phone has solid build quality, but the back is prone to fingerprints so it is recommended to use the bundled case.

It has a 6000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging that can charge up to 60% in 30 minutes and to 100% in 86 minutes. Since it has a huge battery, it is a bit heavy at 225 grams, but the weight distribution is decent.

Competitively priced starting at Rs. 16,999 for the 6GB RAM with 64GB storage version, it is available from  Flipkart. Full review will be up soon.
