Asus Zenfone 5 with 18:9 display, top-notch, dual rear cameras, more Zenfone 5 Lite images surface


Asus is expected to introduce the new Zenfone 5 series at the MWC 2018 event on February 27th in Barcelona. Renders of one of the Zenfone 5 variant with 5.7-inch FHD+ display, dual rear cameras, metal body surfaced recently, later press shot of the Zenfone 5 Lite surfaced, now images from the Zenfone 5 ZE620KL (X00QD) manual shows that the phone will have a iPhone X-like top-notch and a full-screen display. It also shows dual rear cameras with fingerprint sensor on the back and a unibody metal design.

More renders of the ZenFone 5 Lite ZC600KL (X017DA) has surfaced, thanks to @evleaks. We already know that the phone features dual front cameras and rear camera with 20MP on the front and 16MP on the rear with LED flash and a full HD+ 18:9 display. Now the render shows that one of the rear cameras will have 120-degree wide-angle lens. It also shows the phone in Midnight Black, Moonlight White, and Rouge Red colors.

A recent benchmark listing also reveals Snapdragon 660 SoC and Android 8.0 (Oreo) for the ZenFone 5 Lite. We should know more details closer to the official announcement in a couple of weeks.
