Apple unveiled the 10.5-inch iPad Pro and new 12.9-inch iPad Pro at the WWDC 2017 last month. We already brought you the hands-on impressions of the 10.5-inch iPad Pro from the event, here we have the unboxing of the India retail unit that went on sale in the country starting today, starting at Rs. 50,800 for the base 64GB WiFi version and goes up to Rs. 84,500 for the top-end 512GB WiFi + Cellular version that we have unboxed here.

The new iPad Pro has a 10.5-inch (2224 x 1668 pixels) Fully laminated True Tone Retina Display with 600 nits brightness and refresh rates of up to 120Hz. It has narrow bezels that reduces the borders by nearly 40% to fit into a compact package and weighs 469 grams.
It is powered by new Apple’s A10X Fusion chip that promises 30% faster CPU speed and 40% faster GPU speed compared to previous generation iPad Pro models. It has a Touch ID fingerprint sensor and four speakers for audio. On the front there is also an improved 7MP HD camera with ƒ/2.2 aperture and 1080p video recording.
It has a 12MP iSight camera with True Tone flash, ƒ/1.8 aperture, Optical image stabilization, 4K video recording and 1080p slo-mo at 120 fps. It comes in WiFi and 4G LTE versions, has dual-band 802.11ac Wi‑Fi, HT80 with MIMO, Bluetooth 4.2 and is just 6.1 mm thick. It packs a 30.4‐watt‐hour rechargeable lithium‑polymer battery with up to 10 hours of surfing the web on Wi-Fi, watching video or listening to music.
It comes in Space Gray, Rose Gold, Gold and Silver colors and is available through authorized Apple resellers across India and should be available through online retailers soon. Apple also sells the the Pencil Case and Leather Sleeve separately.
