Acer Spin 1 ultra-slim 2-in-1 notebook with metal body, Active Stylus announced

Ahead of Computex 2017 in Taiwan, Acer announced its latest convertible notebook dubbed as Spin 1 powered by Windows 10. This lightweight notebook supports Windows Ink through an Acer Active Stylus as well on the go.

As per the company claims, the Acer Active Stylus allows the user to write directly on the screen providing a natural pen-on-paper experience.

The Acer Spin 1 sports an 11.6-inch Full HD (1920×1080) IPS touch-enabled display. To reduce eye strain, the company has implemented ‘Acer Bluelight Shield’ as well. It is powered by Intel Pentium or Intel Celeron processors with 4GB DDR3L RAM as well as a choice of 32/64/128GB eMMC storage under the hood.

For an immersive sound experience, this notebook has Acer Trueharmony technology on both sides of the device providing optimal sound in any mode and even when paired with the camera. Talking about the connectivity options, the Acer Spin 1 comes with Bluetooth 4.0, one USB 3.1 port, one USB 2.0 port, one HDMI port and one microSD (SDXC) card slot.

The Acer Spin 1 will be initially available in North America starting from July at starting price of $329 (approx Rs. 21,213) and EMEA in July at starting price at €399 (approx Rs. 28,866).Anyhow, the exact specifications, prices, and availability will vary by region.
