OnePlus 3 and 3T OxygenOS beta update brings optimized power consumption, several fixes and more


OnePlus has started rolling out new OxygenOS open betas (Beta 7 for OnePlus 3T and Beta 16 for OnePlus 3) for the 3 and 3T phones that brings several fixes including fixes for duplicate Contacts, certain app crashes, some display issues with Dark and Light themes and more along with general bug fixes. It also optimizes power consumption and enables Bug report feedback app that is already present since the last few builds.

OnePlus User Feedback app

The “User Feedback” app lets OnePlus directly gather bug reports and feedback from users so it goes directly to our Testers and Quality Control team.  Check out the complete changelog below.

  • Enabled Bug report feedback app (User Feedback)
  • Fixed duplicate Contacts after upgrading
  • Fixed Contacts search function bug
  • Fixed alarm clock occasionally not ringing
  • Fixed certain app crashes
  • Fixed some display issues with Dark and Light themes
  • Optimized power consumption
  • General bug fixes

If you’ve already flashed a previous Open Beta build, you will receive this update via OTA. If you haven’t, you will need to flash this manually by downloading it from downloads.oneplus.net.
