Music streaming service, Gaana has released ‘Gaana Facebook Messenger bot’ to enhance customer experience for its users. With this feature, Gaana becomes the first music bot inside the Facebook messenger.
In order to start Gaana bot in messenger, type ‘m.me/gaana.com’ in any of your friends’ chat conversations and start asking for music you want to listen that can be played on Gaana app.

In future Gaana plans to focus more on training the bot for smart conversations and let users sync the bot with their Gaana profile to receive more personalised music recommendations and create playlists based on their conversations with friends.
