Microsoft will be bringing its Word Flow keyboard to Android and iOS

Up until now, the Word Flow keyboard from Microsoft has been available only on Windows devices and the Microsoft Band. It now seems that Microsoft is planning to bring the same to the Android and iOS platforms.

Apparently Microsoft has emailed a few members within the Windows Insider program, the company states that they are working on extending the Word Flow experience to other platforms starting with iOS.

So while the keyboard will eventually make its way to Android as well, the first release will be to iOS users. Many users quite like the Word Flow experience mainly due to the layout and speed and we can see that there will be a few fans of it on other platforms too. We aren’t sure if there will be any additional tweaks or improvements on iOS and Android especially one that makes use of 3D Touch or Force Touch. However, it will be a nice experience to try it on Android devices too. The Word Flow keyboard had the record for the fastest texting on a touchscreen display till Fleksy broke that record.
