Snapdeal has appointed Amit Choudhary as Senior Vice President Corporate Finance. In his new role, Amit will be responsible for driving overall Controllership in Finance, FP&A and Taxation at the group level to ensure seamless implementation and integration of financial controls and policies.

Prior to joining Snapdeal Amit was working with Procter & Gamble (P&G) as Regional Finance Head for the Asia Pet Care business for 14 countries including Japan, Greater China and Australia. As the regional head he was responsible for leading strategy development and execution for short and long term goals (full P&L), decision-making on key aspects of the business, go to market planning, pricing and spending strategy, portfolio management and fiscal management. Before his tenure at P&G, he has worked with JPMorgan Chase Investment Bank and Arthur Andersen. Amit brings over 15 years of rich experience across Corporate and Entrepreneurial domains.
