In Special Roaming Tariff Plan, incoming voice calls while on national roaming shall be free, on payment of fixed charge. The revised tariff regime for national roaming service comes into force from 1st May, 2015. TRAI says that it will closely monitor the implementation of the regime and, in particular, its impact on competition and consumer interests.
