Nokia is trying is best to prove itself in USA and the suing game is now headed to ITC, International Trade Commission and Nokia is asking ITC to ban import of Apple products into USA according to Engadget.
USA accounts for almost half of Apple’s revenues and if such a ban happened, Apple’s income will crash. Nokia is accusing Apple of violating several patents.
But we are not sure if that will really happen. Legal stuff always takes a lot of time .
Nokia led the mobile revolution of the world. On the other hand Apple brought us the Touchscreen revolution.
Whom do think would have violated the patents ?
