The iPhone has created ripples across the world and people in countries like India and Canada are eagerly waiting for the iPhone. Apple is also making people long for this sexy touch screen mobile phone, by launching it phase by phase. Though the iPhone has not yet come to India, it is making its way to the Indian shores through the illegal route of grey markets. You just need to go in the grey markets that operate in Heera Panna of Mumbai or the buzzing underground market of Palika Bazaar New Delhi and you can get an unlocked iPhone for 22,000 bucks. These phones are making their way into India from the US market through the illegal route. Sometime back Apple wanted to curb this so it came out with a policy where only 2 iPhone can be bought by a person and that also using a credit card so that bulk buying is avoided and every transaction is recorded, but this didn’t help much and the saga of unlocked iPhones spread in different countries.
