Clove UK has revealed the price for the unlocked version of the just announced HTC One which is a flagship device from the Taiwanese phone maker with an excellent design and premium hardware. HTC has not joined the Megapixel war by cranking up more Megapixels on the Camera sensor but has taken a different approach known as UltraPixel which you can read about here.HTC did not reveal an exact market release date for the One handset or the price.
The UK retailer is indicating a March 15 release for the HTC One. Both black and white variants with 32GB of storage on board. The price quoted by them is a cool 425 GBP excluding VAT which translates to roughly around Rs.35000. But considering the Indian hi-end smartphone market where most players including HTC have only launched phones priced at around Rs.40000 in recent times , it would be fair to guess that HTC One too would be priced in the same range here. Would you pick up the HTC One which is one of the best Android phones out there.The HTC One will be sold in over 85 countries and 180 operators worldwide. Details about the India launch are scant at the moment and we shall update you once we hear from HTC India.
