Android invasion in Japan : NTT DoCoMo announces 3 new Android devices for Japan including 2 smartphones and a tablet. The devices announced include MEDIAS N-04C and Xperia ARC SO-01C smartphones and Optimus Pad L-06C. All of these devices will go on sale this March in Japan.
